Loving a real person and being understood and valued by them, in turn, is not something we find, but rather something we create.

With rising divorce stats, infidelity epidemics, dating apps, and “free-love” being in spiritual vogue… it’s no wonder monogamy is getting a bad wrap. We’ve all heard the common story of the “honeymoon period”, suggesting that sex eventually dies and loves stagnates in long term monogamy. But I’m here to tell you that we don’t have to choose to subscribe to the myth that feeling in love and maintaining chemistry is out of our control.

In this episode, Laura brings back well renown sex & relationship coach Cam Fraser to give monogamy the rebrand it deserves and shed a light on how to create harmonious, happy, healthy, thriving, thrilling, freeing, frustrating, persistent, passionate, challenging, comforting, elevating, explorative, expansive, intimate, meaningful, loving, deeply connected, EPIC relationships.
